Agreement

By using onyxcatskills.com or booking with Onyx Transportation Co., you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Reservations & quotes

Instant quotes are estimates based on the details you provide. A quote becomes a confirmed reservation only after we send a confirmation. Pricing may adjust if trip details change (route, timing, passengers, stops, wait time, gear).

Conduct

• No smoking or vaping in the vehicles.
• Damage or excessive cleaning may incur a fee.
• Drivers may decline service for safety reasons.

Cancellations

Cancellation policies are shared at the time we confirm your reservation and depend on service type (point-to-point, experience, or hourly).

Liability

Onyx provides transportation services with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected trip. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
